TIM? And the GNU Project??
Not Really, No.
The gnu.ai.mit.edu machine used to have an account that was there for
people to use freely, a sort of guest account for people who needed to
get onto the Internet. Like all free lunches, it eventually got eaten
and went away, but for a good 5 months, TinyTIM was launched from this
account. It was really neat. The account was owned by Richard M.
Stallman of the Free Software Foundation, who met
Sketch on two separate
occasions, once to tell him TIM was an abomination, and the other time
outside a 7-11 at midnight while Sketch was in his cow suit. To the best
of our knowledge, Richard M. Stallman has never used TinyTIM.
