How do I send in my own stuff for timRADIO?
Well, if you make audio product, and you're a TIMster, we want you to get on the Air at timRADIO. Now, the only remaining gulf between you running to us with audio and us waiting with outstretched arms is that you're a bit far away. Hmm..
If you can't create your own MP3 files for us, then you'll want to contact RedEVIL, timRADIO's MP3 Maestro. Here's how to do it:
CONTACTING REDEVIL
RedEVIL is also known as Benjamin Hauger. His E-mail address is hauger@cse.psu.edu or redevil@psu.edu. You can find him on the WWW at http://www.cse.psu.edu. His voice telco number is 814-861-6335. His snail-mail address is as follows:
RedEVIL / TimRadio
c/o: Ben Hauger
821A1 Southgate Drive
State College, PA, 16801
He can accept CD digital audio (redbook), minidisc, audiocassette, DAT, and analog reel-to-reel (in that order of preference). He can also accept a filesystem on ZIP or CD-ROM, if you've got .WAVs lying around. If you already have MP3s, just send them to Sketch directly, unless they need to be processed (noise removal, normalization, etc).
ROLLING YOUR OWN MP3S
If you know how and have the capability to make your own MP3 files, then here's the information you need:
If you have further questions, mail Sketch. And thank you for making timRADIO rock.
